RECHAZAR, por improcedente, por falta de carga argumentativa, el recurso de súplica presentado por el ciudadano James Fernández Cardozo contra el auto de rechazo proferido por la magistrada Lina Marcela Escobar Martínez en el expediente D-17021, conforme a lo expuesto en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
  2. SEGUNDO. A través de la Secretaría General, COMUNICAR el contenido de esta decisión al demandante, indicándole que contra ésta no procede recurso alguno.
  3. TERCERO. Una vez se encuentre ejecutoriada la decisión adoptada en el presente auto, ARCHIVAR el expediente D-17021.
